چکیده

Abstract Robinia pseudoacacia is an important afforestation tree introduced to China in 1878. In the present study, we examined genetic diversity among 687 strains representing four improved varieties and two secondary provenances, comprising 641 clones 46 seedlings. Ninety-one simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were selected through segregation analysis polymorphism characterization, all sampled individuals genotyped using well-characterized SSR markers. After excluding loci with non-neutral equilibrium, missing locus data null alleles, used 36 primer pairs assess of these germplasm resources, revealing vast differentiation samples, average 8.352 alleles per a mean Shannon?s index 1.302. At population level, partitioning variability was assessed molecular variance, which revealed 93% 7% variation within collection sites, respectively. Four clusters detected structure analysis, indicating degree six populations. Insights into R. provide theoretical basis for conservation, breeding sustainable development China.

Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Iranian tulips revealed by EST-SSR and NBS-LRR Markers

The genus Tulipa L. (Liliaceae) comprises about 100 species and Iran is considered as one of the main origins of tulips. In this research, genetic diversity and population structure of 27 wild populations of tulips collected from Iran were studied by 15 highly polymorphic and reproducible expressed sequenced tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers and 8 nucleotide binding site (NBS)-enzyme...

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Maize Hybrids Through Morphological Traits and Simple Sequence Repeat Markers

Comparing different methods of estimating the genetic diversity could define their usefulness in plant breeding programs. In this study, a total of 18 morphological traits and 20 simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci were used to study the morphological and genetic diversity among 20 maize hybrids selected from different countries, and to classify the hybrids into groups based on molecular profiles...

Genetic Diversity and Structure of Natural Quercus variabilis Population in China as Revealed by Microsatellites Markers

Quercus variabilis is a tree species of ecological and economic value that is widely distributed in China. To effectively evaluate, use, and conserve resources, we applied 25 pairs of simple sequence repeat (SSR) primers to study its genetic diversity and genetic structure in 19 natural forest or natural secondary forest populations of Q. variabilis (a total of 879 samples). A total of 277 alle...

Genetic Diversity of pear (Pyrus spp) Germplasm Assessed by Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) and Morphological Traits

This study was conducted to identify and recognize relations and diversity among accessions of the Iranianpears (Pyrus spp). A total of 34 pear accessions, derived presumably from at least six species, were subjected to simple sequence repeat (SSR) analysis. The Japanese and the Chinese pear samples were; “Housui” and “Yali” cultivars, example of Pyrus pyrifolia and P. bretschneideri, respectiv...

Genetic diversity of wild Prunus cerasifera Ehrhart (wild cherry plum) in China revealed by simple-sequence repeat markers.

Simple-sequence repeat (SSR) markers were employed to assess the genetic diversity of wild Prunus cerasifera Ehrhart (wild cherry plum) in China. Fourteen SSR primer pairs generated a total of 94 alleles (90 were polymorphic, accounting for 95.74%), with a mean of 6.71 alleles per locus. The number of alleles detected at each locus ranged from 2 at BPPCT 028 to 13 at BPPCT 002, with an average ...
